AmeriLife Group, LLC (“AmeriLife”), a portfolio company of THL Partners, announced that it completed the acquisition of Senior Market Advisors (“SMA”), one of the fastest growing field marketing organizations in the insurance space. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2007 by Jeff Pitta and headquartered in Nashville, TN, SMA and its affiliates participate in the distribution of Medicare Advantage and other products in 43 states. By providing innovative technologies and services to empower its agency partners, SMA, over the last four years, has grown the number of agents and agencies it serves by 60% and has doubled its business each year.
