Stephen Meehan advises family- and founder-owned businesses across a variety of industries in M&A and capital raise transactions with publicly traded, privately held and private equity buyers. Steve has extensive experience managing the execution of all phases of sell-side M&A, complex capital raise and special situation transactions. His expertise extends to companies in business and professional services, technology-enabled services, industrial and field services, niche manufacturing and health care industries.

Prior to joining Griffin, Steve worked on client engagement and deal execution as a Senior Associate at KeyBanc Capital Markets, and prior to that led Market and Insights at Beneficial Bank, which is now part of WSFS.
