Mitch has over 35 years of experience working with life sciences, pharmaceutical, medical device, health care services, senior care, senior housing, information technology, software, technology, manufacturing and service companies.
His extensive background in corporate development, finance and operations stem from significant career experience. Among his many engagements, he founded, financed and directed a technology company with an extensive health care client base and negotiated several asset acquisitions prior to structuring its sale to a publicly traded company after more than 12 years of operation.
Mitch also has international corporate and public sector finance experience and has participated in infrastructure related engagements with clients throughout the United States, Far East, Middle East, Asia and Europe.
Mitch has been a senior executive for a number of companies and has collaborated with hundreds of companies ranging from middle market private companies to Fortune 500 companies, providing financial and technical consulting and strategy implementation.
