KING OF PRUSSIA, PA, December 21, 2021 – Griffin Financial Group is pleased to announce that Thomas Hill has been promoted to Managing Director effective on January 1, 2022. Mr. Hill has held the title of Vice President and then Senior Vice President at Griffin since 2014.
Since joining Griffin in 2011, Mr. Hill has worked with family- and founder-owned businesses from a broad range of industries within Griffin’s Commercial, Industrial and Services and Special Situations Groups. During this time, he has worked closely with business owners, management teams, advisors and counterparties on the execution of more than 50 client engagements primarily consisting of sell-side M&A and capital raise transactions. Mr. Hill is dedicated to building strong working relationships and being a trusted advisor and advocate for his clients. In his new role, he will continue to leverage his experience and network to guide clients through the transaction process from the initial stages through closing while optimizing outcomes based on the client’s goals.
